Some coffee wakes you up. Bali Blue steadies you. Grown in the volcanic loam of Kintamani, Bali — 1,200 to 1,600 meters up, where thin mountain air forces every cherry to grow dense and sweet — this is a medium-dark roast with real backbone: dark chocolate, molasses, brown sugar. No bitter noise, no burnt edges. Just a heavy, smooth cup that holds its line from first sip to last.
IN THE CUP: Dark chocolate up front, molasses through the middle, brown sugar on the finish. Full-bodied and low-acid — the kind of cup that stands up to a steel thermos and a cold morning.
BUILT FOR: Dawn patrol. Ruck days. Long drives. Anyone who wants their coffee to pull its weight.
